Each integration has its own setup requirements. Confirm your FlashBird account, service coverage and delivery settings before accepting live orders.

Shopify

Create shipments from your store.

Install the FlashBird app and connect your account to send orders and create shipments from the Shopify order page.

  • A Shopify store and FlashBird account
  • Confirmed pickup location and destination coverage
  • Carrier-calculated checkout rates depend on Shopify plan eligibility

If your store cannot use carrier-calculated rates, ask about configuring your shipping zones manually.

WooCommerce

Bring delivery into your WordPress store.

FlashBird offers a WooCommerce plugin for eligible accounts. Contact our team to enable the feature and access the plugin download.

  • A WordPress site running WooCommerce
  • WooCommerce enabled on your FlashBird account
  • Plugin installation and delivery configuration review

Account enablement is required before downloading and using the plugin.

ShipStation

Keep your orders and tracking connected.

Import eligible ShipStation orders into FlashBird as draft shipments. Process deliveries in FlashBird and send tracking numbers back to ShipStation when orders ship.

  • ShipStation enabled on your FlashBird account
  • A ShipStation account with API access
  • Pickup details, order filters and sync settings confirmed

Print FlashBird shipping labels in the FlashBird portal. Tracking numbers are sent back to ShipStation.

REST API

Make delivery part of your own system.

Use the FlashBird API to create shipments programmatically, retrieve tracking details and support bulk order workflows.
