What if I miss the cutoff?
Shipments booked after the applicable cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery window. Confirm the timing in your account or with support.
Can I request a signature?
Signature and ID verification options require account enablement and may carry additional fees. Discuss these requirements before creating the shipment.
Is same-day delivery a guaranteed arrival time?
A same-day service window is different from a specific appointment time. Availability and timing depend on the route, booking cutoff and operating conditions. Ask our team to confirm any time-sensitive requirements.
