Which cities can I ship between?
Our published network connects Toronto, Ottawa, Montréal and Québec City. Available routes and timing depend on both postal codes. Contact us to confirm your exact lane, including any destinations outside these metropolitan areas.
Does next-day mean the next calendar day?
The delivery date depends on the route, booking cutoff and operating days. Confirm the promised service date when arranging your shipment, particularly around weekends and holidays.
Are intercity rates the same as local rates?
Intercity and local services may have different rates. Parcel size, weight, origin, destination, volume and additional requirements help determine your quote.
Can I use my ecommerce integration?
FlashBird offers Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation and API options. We will confirm your account setup and the appropriate delivery configuration for the routes you need.
